How to reinstall Norton Antivirus after I restore my PC

Hello,

I have a subscription to Norton Antivirus with automatic renewal and I have to reset my PC, it is not possible to antivirus. All updates have been made, I tried an installation with all possible versions of Norton Antivirus but I still have the same error message:

“This product is not compatible with the operating system of the computer.”

The operating system is Windows Vista Home Edition.

I think I have tried everything.

Hi,

the solution is pretty simple, you need to download the Service Pack 1 for Windows Vista, install it, then do the same for the Service Pack 2 and you should be able to install Norton Antivirus.
