Hello,

In recent days, it is impossible to go on most sites without this note: Error Code: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR. Google Chrome and Firefox also with a certificate problem.

I looked on Yahoo (being impossible to use Google) for a solution. The only one I found concerning PURE 3.0. I think the problem is with Kaspersky because we have this problem since an update. I am currently using version: Kaspersky Internet Security 2013.

Operating system: Windows 8
Version of Firefox and Chrome: The latest versions.

Please follow these steps:

1. Download the latest version Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 on Kaspersky official website
2. Close Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 and uninstall it, reboot
3. Install Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 and update it, reboot
