Hello,
I just bought Kaspersky Internet Security 2014, I received the download link and activation code but I am unable to install it, can I use the activation code of Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 to reinstall Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 on my pc?

Yes,

Your activation code is valid for one version back (2013), the current 2014 and the next version (2015) release.

Note:
But, if the current license has not expired and if you click the Activate Now button, the remaining days of the current license will be lost
