Hello AntivirusHelp,

Recently I started my PC which runs Windows 7 with the antivirus Avira. I get this message:

“The exception unknown software exception (0*000417) occurred in the application at location 0-751d6efc”

Click ok to terminate the program.

What does that mean ?

So I click OK to get rid of this message, but every time I open my pc it reappears again!

Hi Mike,

we have heard a lot about this kind of problems.

The first thing is you should try is to uninstall Avira Free Antivirus and reinstall the software.
